Impound Comics 30-Day Return Policy – Terms & Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Impound Comics. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items due to fulfillment errors.
- Digital products, signed copies, and limited-edition collectibles are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide order details and photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, return the item using the provided instructions.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after the item is received and inspected.
Additional Terms
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Impound Comics reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy criteria.
